I can't believe this...I just can't. Looks like I skipped to conclusions too quickly... I was wrong
SO wrong...
*Bleedin' in the heart* I think I can never trust you again...
Gosh, this is really painful... Hear my heart scream in frustration.
- Part of BEHIND THIS HAZEL EYES... this song is so apt
Everything, it felt so right
Unbreakable, like nothin' could go wrong
Now I can't breathe
No, I can't sleep
I'm barely hanging on
Here I am, once again
I'm torn into pieces
Can't deny it, can't pretend
Just thought you were the one
Broken up, deep inside
But you won't get to see the tears I cry
Behind these hazel eyes
I told you everything
Opened up and let you in
You made me feel alright
For once in my life
Now all that's left of me
Is what I pretend to be
So together, but so broken up inside
...
Swallow me then spit me out
For hating you, I blame myself
Seeing you it kills me now
No, I don't cry on the outside
Anymore...
I won't cry... not anymore. Time to put my drama skills to the test... Can't believe I have to do this...

Went to Tiffany's house today to celebrate Peisi's and her birthday. Arrived only at about 2+ even though the party started at 12+. Tiffany's mom made a fantastic cheese cake and we walloped the whole cake! Wah... wish i could make such a good cake. Anyway, we stayed till 3.45pm cause the rest all went to watch Jian Gui 10. Only a few like Samantha and Sandra stayed at Tiff's house. CX went to my house and we sang karaoke... lol. We mastered a duet by Liang Jing Ru and Guang Liang. It was a nice song, I sang the man's part. Alrite... nth much liao. Tomorrow will have loads of things though. Bye!~Wednesday, March 23, 2005 . 9:23 PM
So i went home, only to find Ben snoring away in bed. It was 5.30pm and he's still sleeping now. Saw from his MSN nick that he didn't sleep at camp at all, cause it was too hot. So he actually chatted with 4 other friends till dawn. Pro or what? And now.. look at him... exhausted until... haiz~
*Yawn* Ok.. like what the heck, I also want to sleep soon. Yesterday watched My Date With A Vampire 3 till 11+. That show rocks arh! I watched like 9 episodes altoghther, from 3pm onwards. Wootz~ want another marathon like that again! Missed watching tv.. but the irony was that the show was played on my com... lol.. -.-"
Alrite... shall stop here. Chow! [Hmm... feel like using red today, dunno why. Just feel like it. Maybe cause it's the colour of love bahz.]

Alright. As registration starts at 7.15am, my team and I met at Pasir Ris MRT at 6am. We headed for Clementi and arrived at about 7.40am at NUS. We registered and waited in the Lecture Theatre. Before the competition could start, we had to do a word puzzle! Sheesh.. luckily it was not too bad. Despite it being on current affairs, we still managed to pull through. We found the 'password' to be GEOGRAPHY IMAGINATION and we got our first clue. It was 9.20am.
Alrite, so the first clue was like a picture of a scenic view in Southern China and they said it was the Singapore Version. Using the map grid reference, we found the place to be at Bukit Gombak. So we travelled to Bukit Batok via bus and took a MRT train to Bukit Gombak. BIG mistake... cause we actually wasted a lot of time on travelling. We should have just taken a bus to Clementi and then go to Bukit Gombak via MRT. Haiz~
But nonetheless, we found out where we were suppose to go... UP A FREAKIN STEEP HILL! I was like OMG... SO we climbed and we climbed and we climbed... and we finally reached the top! Woohoo....
HOWEVER, upon arrival at the peak, the marshalls asked us for the clue so we handed them that clue with the view of Southern China and they said that it was NOT THE CLUE THEY WANTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were shocked.. literally stunned. So we asked them which clue they wanted... and they said that it was the clue that the marshalls would hand us... AT THE MRT STATION!!!!!!!!... OMG.
And so, we had no choice... SOB SOB ... we descended the damn hill and ran to the MRT station. By then... I was half-dead. Having not done PE for close to 7 years... I'm actually amazed that i could endure climbing the hill again. So it was like up the hill, down the hill and UP the hill again! WAhhhhhhhh... So as i ascended.. i kept telling myself i could do it, i could do it. Everyone kept urging each other on. And we finally reached the peak. Oh my goodness...
And so we completed our task and then down the hill we went... AGAIN. Phew! It was 11.30am. After deducing our next clue to be at City Hall, we took a bus back to Bukit Gombak MRT (we took a different trail down so we had to take a bus) and grabbed lunch (I had Mac.. hehe.. shiok) before heading for City Hall. Our next stop was Victorial memorial hall. However, we got really lost before we managed to find the place. And again.. we wasted time. Haiz.
When we found the place, we had to take the bearings of various statues such as the Raffles Stamford statue and the Elephant statue outside the Parliament house. When we handed up the answers, i took a glimpse of how the marshall marked our papers and i think we got plenty of crosses... Bleh... but u cannot blame us! We've never learnt how to obtain bearings from actual monuments before!
Haiz~ ... By then, it was already 3.15pm!
We ran to our next stop... hoping to complete at least 3 out of 6 stops. That checkpoint was at the OCBC bank at Raffles. When we finally answered the questions they gave, it was already 3.57pm and so we decided not to go to our 4th stop already.. [Who would be so stupid?]
And so we headed to Toa Payoh HDB Hub... and we changed back into our school uniform [ we were wearing the geotrail t-shirt ]. Sat for the prize giving ceremony and had a little refreshments... before we headed home. Luckily Dad picked me from Toa Payoh... heh heh. [Muacks to daddy!]
Lessons learnt/My evaluations from/of yesterday:
- Geotrail is as good as taking a NAPFA 2.4km run over and over again..
- Some people are just hypocrites.. and i mean really hypocrites!
- I need to know more about current affairs..
- We need to learn physical geog in order to pull through the Geography Challenge
- Raffles Girls.. or anyone from Raffles... are damn smart people
- The Department of Geography at NUS are bloody efficient... heh heh... BLOODY
- I need to work on my stamina [after this trail... I'll have surely worked on it!]
- My endurance and determination level can actually be quite high... lol... self-praise.. tooot
- And lastly, i trained my leg muscles!!... -.-".. lol..
